The Road to Lifelong Learning
Personal, Professional, and Intellectual Growth.
Welcome to my online teaching portfolio created for the Online Teaching Excellence Award (OTEA) at George Mason University. In today's changing digital marketing world, lifelong learning offers numerous benefits in skill development, career advancement, personal growth, adaptability, networking expansion, creativity techniques, technology platforms, and community engagement. In digital marketing, ongoing learning is imperative for educational environments, the business world, and personal branding.

Teaching at George Mason has been a great experience and responsibility to create a welcoming, purposeful, motivational, and interactive online course for students to achieve their marketing educational goals. I've made this online portfolio to demonstrate my educational framework and principles to engage students in online education, show my enthusiasm for marketing, and bring the highest learning opportunities for students in marketing. In developing the online portfolio, I aim to exhibit the visual, interactive, and informative ways I incorporate learning marketing for students.

Thank you, OTEA Selection Committee, for taking the time to review my OTEA portfolio! I've included a variety of visuals and descriptions to demonstrate my online class structure, organization, web aesthetics (including our green for GMU), engagement, assessment processes, effectiveness, and reflection throughout my online courses.
